Your order will be emailed/posted out to you within 3-12working days (depending on type of reading )of remittance of your payment to us through Worldpay. (some readings will take longer, please refer to information on all readings.) For full term and conditions
Payment: with order, Credit card or Debit card through our sites secure pages with Worldpay. (alternately by cheque/postal order with printed order sent to us by post. UK only, Problems with your reading must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a reading and not give a reason for doing so. in this case your payment will be returned in full.
If you are unhappy with the service that we give you, and you can explain to us why this is, we will immediately make a full refund of your payment.

Use of the facilities on this site is recommended only for those of a legal age to do so. All calls to 0906 numbers & Text-a-Psychic numbers should only be made by bill payers (or with the bill payers consent) by those over the age of 18 years old. Please be aware that by booking a reading with us you take full responsibility for any decisions you may make as a result of that reading. Intellectual property rights in the content of this site are reserved to Silvermoon, by use of this site you hereby confirm that you indemnify Silvermoon totally from any that might arise from its use directly, or indirectly. Silvermoon can accept or refuse your offer to purchase services from us from our websites, at our discretion. No agreement will exist until we have accepted your payment, and even then, if we feel that we do not wish to continue with the transaction we may fully refund your payment via our payment system ‘Worldpay. Full refunds in the case of dissatisfaction with work services or goods received by the client are given at the discretion of the company. You have a legal right to change your mind about any order withing seven days and a full refund will be made.
